To volunteer with the Lebanon Band Parents Association and Lebanon Bands in situations where you will be around students, you must be a badged volunteer of the Lebanon City School District.

Marching Band Photographer
Volunteer Opportunities:
Capture the excitement of the season by photographing performances, rehearsals, competitions, and special events. Photos will be shared with the LBPA for social media, promotional materials, and historical archives. Responsibilities: Take high-quality photos during games, competitions, rehearsals, and special events. Capture a variety of students, sections, performances, and candid moments. Submit photos promptly to the LBPA for social media and promotional use. Follow field and venue guidelines while photographing.
MB Videographer
Volunteer Opportunities:
Help preserve the season by recording performances for instructional review and promotional use. Videos will be shared with the LBPA for social media and other communications. Responsibilities: Record halftime shows, competitions, and special performances. Capture steady, complete recordings from designated locations. Submit videos promptly to the LBPA for social media and promotional use. Coordinate with directors on recording needs.
MB Social Media Content Creator
Volunteer Opportunities:
Help tell the story of our band by creating engaging social media content throughout the season. This role may be filled by a student or adult volunteer. Responsibilities: Create engaging draft posts highlighting events, volunteers, students, and accomplishments. Work with photographers and videographers to gather photos and videos. Maintain a positive, family-friendly voice that reflects the Lebanon Band program. Submit all draft posts to Michelle Crockett and Zach Greenwalt for review and approval before anything is published.
Prop Party Take Two: Electric Boogaloo…
Volunteer Opportunities:
We thought we were done. The props had other plans. We need a few band parents to help us finish the flip side of 12 small props by applying vinyl and reinforcing them with a whole lotta duct tape. No special skills required. Just willing hands, a little patience and an appreciation for a sequel. Come help us get these props officially field-ready!

Competition Chaperone (Bus & Field Crew) Support students throughout competition days while helping the band prepare for performances. Responsibilities: Ride the bus with assigned students. Assist with attendance and student supervision. Help transport and set up props and equipment at the competition site. Support directors with logistics before and after performances. Ensure students are where they need to be throughout the day.
Home Football Game
Volunteer Opportunities:
Home Game Senior Banner Hanging Crew GREAT Sr Parent Opportunity: Celebrate our seniors by displaying and removing senior banners at home football games. Responsibilities: Hang senior banners before home games. Remove and properly store banners following the game. Help keep banners clean and in good condition. Work as a team to complete setup efficiently.

Home Game Field Crew (along with 4 towers) Be part of the team that gets our halftime show on and off the field quickly and safely. Responsibilities: Transport props and equipment to and from the field. Assist with setup and teardown before and after halftime. Follow crew assignments from directors and field leaders. Help ensure all equipment is safely stored after the performance.
